  1. Mix cabbage, onion and cilantro.
  2. Peel and seed cucumber. Dice and add to cabbage mixture.
  3. Whisk together oil, lime juice and garlic to make a dressing. Stir dressing into cabbage mixture.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
