This is wonderful! I like this dressing so much that we are going to try it on a Chef's salad, the kind with ham, turkey, roast beef and cheeses. Thanks for the recipe, Karen! :o)

This is a great recipe to make when you dont want to heat up the house by cooking! Everyone loved this salad - we used more than 4 cups of lettuce for 4 people - and there was certaintly none left!

This recipe could have used a little more flavor. Next time I'll add more cilantro, cumin and red pepper flakes.

Yup, this is a winner!! I love cilantro and it is a natural with chicken and cherry tomatoes. We really liked this salad a lot. I made it with farmer's market cherry tomatoes, so it really had that great down home flavor. Thanks again for posting it, Karen.

A great salad!! I reduced the ingredients by half (except the cilantro) just enough for two for a nice light meal. I used a chicken purchased from the deli; a quick and easy recipe, but lots of flavour!

Ridiculously delicious...I ate almost the entire double batch myself, except for what my finicky 2 year old ate up! I did add red onion and was out of tomatoes, otherwise followed exactly. I'll make it that way again because I can't imagine it being any better. Seriously, to die for. Thanks for sharing!

10 stars ! I have made this 4 times recently, but have been too busy to get a review made before now. It's been inhaled each time, and received with lots of enthusiasm. It went to a potluck dinner and people practically scraped the sides off the bowl to get the last particle onto their plates and it was the first dish on the table to be emptied. (I felt guilty for some of the other dishes that were hardly touched because people were too busy stuffing themselves with this) Many great comments. I made one change after the first time I made this: I doubled the corriander (cilantro) since we just love the intense flavour. Everyone we've served it to goes back for more... Please see my rating system... a brilliantly deserved 5 stars. Thanks for a firm family favourite :)
