Versatile & tasty topping for crab cakes, prawns or chicken. Don't make too much ahead of serving as the cilantro flavour will get quite intense.

Fantastic sauce and so easy to prepare, lasts for several days also if you make too much. Last night we tried it as a sauce over salmon - out of this world! I've substituted Trader Joe's Greek Lowfat Yogurt for the Mayo and it works great, just use a little less than you would the mayo because of the different consistency.
- 1⁄3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄2 lime, juice and zest of
- 1 -3 drop hot pepper sauce, depending on preference
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3⁄4 cup mayonnaise
