Did not like this recipe. Seems to be to salty. Coating did not stick to chicken and was VERY greasy. Long process for fried chicken. I enjoyed this, however the other two adults in our family gave it 2 thumbs down. They did not care for the texture of the breading and said flavor of the chicken, left "somethng to be desired". The flavors in this batter were great! I had my daughter help me make this, she was doing great, then the phone rang. I went off into the other room to chat. When I got back, the chicken was burning! I pointed to the directions saying cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Well, I had her scrape some of the burnt part off and baked the chicken. Even with all that happening, the chicken still was good.
