- 10 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1⁄2 cup apple juice or 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 cup sugar or 1⁄2 cup honey
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours, until soft and juicy.
I used apple juice and splenda. I used 10 Empire apples. It was great. I mashed it a little bit at the end. Thanks Charlotte :) Made for PAC Fall 2011
