Chunky Pluot Fruit Salad

"You're probably asking, "what is a Pluot?" Well, it is a plum/apricot hybrid. They are sweet and very good! If you don't find them at you local market, you can just use plums instead. This is a very light fruit salad that melts in your mouth! Enjoy!"

  1. Wonderful mixture of stuff! I used one of all the fruits, an 8 oz can of pineapple and a small bunch of grapes. A bit more pineapple and grapes than the ratio in the recipie. And a half little carton of yogurt. But, delicious, nonetheless. And, we ate it with the topping glopped on top. This was a lovely light refreshing dessert. Definately something I'll be making again.

  2. Tuesday August 16, 2005 Wonderful recipe. The recipe makes 12 cups but I used large fruit. I will definitely be sharing this recipe with friends and family. As a diabetic, I'm always searching for recipes I can use, for that reason I substituted Splenda for the sugar and low-fat whipped topping for regular. Brenda A Callahan Pulaski Va
