I picked up this recipe card at the grocery store. I haven't had a chance to make it yet but sounds like a delicious topping for Tex-Mex food.
- 3 avocados, peeled and chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 small onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Stir all the ingredients together.
