  • 56.69 g package beef stew seasoning
  • 453.59 g ground beef
  • 78.78 ml chopped onion
  • 59.14 ml rice, uncooked
  • 283.49 g can tomato soup
  • 236.59 ml celery, sliced
  • 118.29 ml water
  • 236.59 ml carrot, sliced diagonally

  • Combine meat, onion and rice; mix lightly. Shape into balls.
  • Combine seasoning mix, soup and water in skillet; bring to a boil. Add meat balls, celery and carrots. Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve with buttered cabbage, hot garlic bread, molded fruit salad and dessert.
