This is based off of several recipes that I've found here, plus a twist of my own tastes & tricks.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. combine all powdered ingredients.
  3. Ground wheat germ & flax seeds and add to powdered ingredients.
  4. Add 2 eggs.
  5. add remaining liquid ingredients.
  6. shred carrots & add.
  7. Stir just until mixed.
  8. Pour into greased muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
