  1. Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 mins or ntil thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Serve. Can refrigerate leftovers.
