We use this when we run out of pancake syrup...the kids especially love the sweetness! Dec 2011
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 5 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in saucepan.
- Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 mins or ntil thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Serve. Can refrigerate leftovers.
