The recipe calls for mixing ALL ingredients, and I think this is a mistake. Most of the powdered sugar is for rolling the cookies in after they've baked. I followed the recipe as written and the cookies are way too sweet, and the texture is off. I will try again with only about 1/2 cup in the dough.

I made these today and really enjoyed them. After 12 minutes mine were still a bit raw in the middle but didnt know how to tell if they were done on the outside so by the time I realized this I had already cooled them and rolled them in the powdered sugar. They still tasted mighty fine! Thanks for a cookie repeat recipe!

These taste fabulous! I did have some trouble with baking them, 20 minutes was to long, they burned on the bottom. I baked them about 16 min. and they were alright, but still a bit on the dark side. Also since it doesn't say anything in the recipe I used a greased baking sheet, which might have contributed to the bottoms burning. Next time I will try wax or parchment paper on the baking sheet. Overall this is a great treat! I will definitely make these again!
