- 1 cup cooked wild rice
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallow
- 1⁄4 cup maraschino cherry, red and green
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- chill cooked rice, and mix with pineapple, marshmallows and cherries.
- put in the fridge.
- just before serving fold in cool whip, sugar and vanilla.
