Yum, I had this for brekky this morning. I cooked the oats in half eggnog, half milk with the cinnamon & craisins and added the choc chips once heated. What a lovely treat, thanks for posting!
- 1 cup oatmeal, cooked
- 1⁄4 cup eggnog
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 -2 tablespoon dried cranberries or 1 -2 tablespoon craisins
- 1 -2 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 gingersnap cookie, crumbled (optional)
