Christmas Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

"This is a soft oatmeal cookie that has dried cranberries in place of raisins. These are great for Christmas time!"

  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oats, flour, and cranberries in mixer. Mix well.
  • Add flour to form dough. Fold in oats and cranberries.
  • Drop 1 -1 1/2" balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart.
  • Bake 9-11 minutes at 350 degrees, or until lightly brown around edges.
  • Do NOT over bake. Cookie will be slighly undercooked and will firm while cooling. Necessary if you want a soft and chewy cookie.
  • Enjoy =).
