Christmas Morn Casserole

"So named because this is what we have for breakfast on Christmas morning. I make it on Christmas Eve and refrigerate it overnight. On Christmas morning, I pop it in the oven while we open our presents and we have a wonderful hot breakfast waiting for us when we're done."
