I made this for southern hemisphere Yule. It was so nice and not to sweet. I reduced quantity by half as I was only making for myself and DH. Will definately make again.

This is so easy and delicious. It's nice to have a reliable non-alcohol beverage recipe this time of year. I made one batch exactly as here, and one substituting pear nectar for the pineapple. Both were hits!
