The night before, grease 10X13 pan and place frozen rolls in bottom then sprinkle 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and then dry pudding over top.
2
In medium saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar and pour over top of rolls.
3
Place pan on counter and cover lightly with paper towels and let thaw and rise overnight.
4
In the morning uncover and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
These were delicious, I made them Christmas Eve, and let them rise overnight, they were perfect. Christmas morning I just popped them in the oven. They smelled the house up so nice. They were wonderful. I didn't add nuts, because I knew my kids wouldn't eat them with nuts, but I would have. I had this saved in my cookbook for a long time, glad I finally made them, and now I will be making them a whole lot more!

These were fantastic! I made them for a brunch party, and people thought I was up super early slaving over them. I did buy the Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls (with icing packets - and just threw away the packets) instead of buying the frozen dinner rolls which allowed me to cut down on the cinnamon sugar. I will definitely make these again.
