Sounded so good, couldn't resist posting it, from the local newspaper.
- 4 ounces eggnog
- 2 ounces hot fresh espresso
- 1⁄2 ounce sambuca romana (optional)
- 1⁄2 ounce advocaat (egg liqueur)
- whipped cream
- cinnamon or nutmeg
- Steam the eggnog until it is doubled in volume.
- Pour eggnog into a tempered Christmas glass or mug.
- Pour espresso gently down the side of the glass into the steamed/frothed eggnog.
- Dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.
