Serve it with yeast cake, it is so fine!
- Chop almonds and hazelnuts in a blender or food processor until very fine.
- Add honey, butter and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
This was nice but not too sweet as I'd expected. Since we don't much like hazelnuts, but we love almonds, I used 100 gms of almonds instead of 50gms of almonds and 50gms of hazelnuts. Also, I used a combination of 2 different types of honey - Orange honey and Acacia honey. I'll be serving these on plain Glucose biscuits. The kids will be thrilled!
