I improvise with this one a lot (sometimes I use salsa instead of tomatoes), but you can't go wrong no matter what you do!

  1. Halve an pit avocados.
  2. Scoop out avocados w/ tablespoon into bowl.
  3. Mash until soft but still chunky.
  4. Add everything else.
  5. Mix.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
