      I made this recipe on 3/25/12 for Spring PAC 2012 and for mine and my So's dinner. Since my SO and I both enjoy a larger burger, I made two six ounce patties.Except for cooking them in a cast iron skillet the recipe was made as it was written.Since the burgers had garlic and basil,I thought provolone cheese would be a very good addition and it was. Thanks for a change from our usual burgers.

      This is a great tasting burger. The garlic and basil really make it special. I made these as directed and cooked them on the grill. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC Fall 2011.
