I believe I got this recipe from my SIL, Rachel
- 170.09 g butterscotch chips
- 118.29 ml chunky peanut butter
- 473.18 ml chow mein noodles
- 236.59 ml mini marshmallows
- Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips over low heat.
- Add noodles and mashmallows, toss lightly to coat.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto sheet.
I love these, they are addictive!!! I call them "hopscotch". Yummy! And easy is always a plus!
