- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup uncooked brown rice
- 26 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- Brown ground beef until done; drain well.
- Mix together rice, soup, soy sauce, celery, onion and water.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
- Add noodles during the last 15 minutes of baking.
