directions

  • In a frying pan, fry the meat in margarine or oil. Season meat with the salt.
  • Add the onion and garlic, fry for approx 2 minute.
  • Add the celery, peppers, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and cabbage and saute till the vegetables are soft.
  • Meanwhile, boil water for the noodles in a seperate pan. Once water has boiled add salt to water (your own preferance) and boil the noodles for approximately 4 minutes. I do not follow the package directions, because I find they get too soggy.
  • Drain the water from noodles. Rinse with hot water and add to the frying pan. Add the soya sauce and mix it all together.
  • Serve and enjoy!

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I started baking when I was 8 years old and started cooking when I was 11 years old. I come from a big family and my mom allowed me to help in the kitchen at a young age. I like to cook from scratch and make up my own recipes and am always trying something new. Usually when I'm cooking I am using several recipes to make my own recipe!
