- 12 green peppers
- 12 red peppers
- 6 white onions
- 1 head cabbage
- 6 stalks celery
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground parsley
- salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 quart white vinegar
directions
- Dice vegetables small.
- Mix all ingredients Well.
- Boil 30 minutes.
