flaky pastry stuffed with sausage and cheddar


  1. Lay puff pastry out.
  2. Mix up the cheddar and chorizzo.
  3. Spread cheddar/chorizo mixture over puff pastry.
  4. Roll up puff pastry.
  5. Freeze.
  6. Take out of freezer and let soften, slightly.
  7. Take serrated knife and cut into 8 slices.
  8. Brush with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
