Good! I used frozen hashed browns, and added chopped onion and green pepper after the chorizo was almost done. I also used more eggs, but since I didn't really measure anything, I guess that will depend on personal preference. I served it with flour tortillas, shredded cheese, and taco sauce. We actually had it for a Friday night supper instead of breakfast. A nice change of pace.

This was a good and satisfying breakfast/brunch for DH and DS. I followed your recipe as directed and made the meat mixture and then stuffed it in warm tortilla shells. thanks for sharing this Yummy recipe Wiley. Made for Sept. 08's Beyond Breakfast~

I made this today for a Saturday brunch for my husband and I. Definitely something I will do again. I added onions but otherwise followed the recipe

My husband says this is the best omelette he's ever eaten. I sprinkled on some "mexican blend" shredded cheese and folded the whole thing over. Definitely a keeper.

Excellent recipe, have fixed this many yrs. For the family, usually put it in to a warm flour tortilla for a breakfast buritto.
