- 1Slice the chorizo not too thickly and chop the chilli.
- 2Heat the oil in heavy based skillet fry chorizo and chopped chilli and Smokey Paprika for about a minute at a high heat.
- 3Add Cut Variety potatoes to skillet.
- 4Dont move around too much as you are wanting to get the potatoes crunchy.
- 5Season to taste.
