Made this to use in Recipe #369945. Pretty simple to mix together. Will add more heat to this in the future and try chicken or turkey. Thank you very much for posting! Made for ZWT 5.
- 1 lb ground lean pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chili powder (to taste)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
