A raw food vegan recipe
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cups garbanzo beans, soaked for at least 24 hours,drained and sprouted for 2 days
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups mushrooms, soaked for 3 hours in
- nama shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce)
- Place garlic in processor and chop fine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and process well.
