Celebrate Cinco De Mayo with this cheesy Chopped Jalapeno Bread fresh from your oven. Video Instructions:

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 18 rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • 1 12 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 12 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Place rolls on a bread board.
  2. Top with cheese, jalapenos & cilantro.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
  4. Chop everything together, with a knife and knead with hands until ingredients are well mixed into dough.
  5. Shape into a large round loaf.
  6. Place loaf on a large sprayed baking sheet.
  7. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  8. Let rise until double.
  9. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes.
