Growing up I never liked cabbage but here lately I've grown to really enjoy it in some recipes. I really enjoyed this one! The flavors of all the vegetables just came together nicely and were not overpowered by any other spice. It had a very natural easy going flavor!! Made for ZWT6 Asia Region!

This is so yummy. I didn't have trouble to slice the chicken breast cause I made it while it was still frozen. I got thin slices like fondue meat. I didn't use the whole head of cabbage. Maybe I used 1/3 of the cabbage finely chopped. I diced the carrot and celery finely. This is very good. Even my son loved it. Thanks Vicki :) Made for Zaar Star Game

A really quick, tasty and healthy meal! I was suprised how much flavor it had with just the soy and chicken although I think cooking in a wok helped because it gave the vegetables a slight char that brought out the flavor. I think getting the chicken nice and thin is also important so it holds the soy mixture, I sliced while it was still partially frozen, laid out flat in the refrigerator and it took less than an hour to finish defrosting.

This was tasty but for us we would have liked more flavor. I had trouble slicing the chicken breast into thin pieces but it still cooked quickly. After reading the reviews I prepared all my vegetables and put them in a bowl before cooking the chicken. Liked how quick and easy this is to make! Made and reviewed for ZWT 4.

I preped the chicken 1st then the veggies while the chicken marinated. This cooks up really fast! I added extra soy sauce. I served it alongside stir fried rice. Made for ZWT4 the Diabetic Forum~Add More Veggies challenge! p.s. I'll give ya a wave next time I go thru CT! :)

Healthy and fast, but we felt the seasonings need a bit of tweaking. It is very attractive although my picture is too dark--still learning about photography. I did prepare all the vegetables first and put them in a large bowl so that I could dump in altogether. I served ours with brown rice. Thank you Vicki in CT for sharing.:) Make for ZWT4 the Diabetic Forum~Add More Veggies challenge!

*Reviewed for ZWT4* This meal was a tasty and healthy dinner. I used my wok to cook this meal. Great served with boiled white rice. This meal cooks up very quickly- so I'd recommend having all veges prepared in advance.
