Directions

  1. Heat milk until it reduces to half its original volume.
  2. Meanwhile, grind the choliya in a mixer and keep aside.
  3. Add sugar, cardamom and ground choliya to the milk.
  4. Mix well until sugar melts.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  6. Add some saffron dissolved in water.
  7. Allow to cool down to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
