This is a version of cholesterol helping muffins that my MIL gave to me & then I have modified. It originates from the "Cholesterol Cure" book
- Mix dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately, then combine. Pour into 24 muffin tins. Bake at 425 for 14-15 minutes.
THese muffins are quite healthy. Would add a little more brown sugar if I make them again. Made them for the freezer after my son was born for quick snack/breakfast. Thanks for posting!
Nice muffins. Not too sweet but very healthy. I made these because my cholesterol is on the high side and I was told that oat bran was very effective in lowering cholesterol. I hope it works.
