This was delicious. I forgot the pepper, but it was still very flavorful. The only problem I had, was that it was far too much filling for the amount of pastry ( I used a little more than half of all the ingredients). Perhaps the size of the sheets is smaller here. Thanks for the great recipe. EDIT: Once, I used the extra filling to make potato pancakes out of the next morning. They were delicious. Another time, I bought 2 boxes of puff pastry, and pressed it together into one large sheet. This worked very well.
