  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat with brown sugar and whipping cream Stir to combine. Cook until butter is melted. Pour into the bottom of bundt cake pan and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  4. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix with remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over pecan mixture as evenly as possible. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto cake plate.
