I had an incredible chocolate craving this morning and Bertha came to my rescue with her Chocolatey Hot Cocoa! I had to substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips as I didn't have any milk chocolate on hand. I had trouble melting the chips in my double boiler (it may have been the size), so I used the microwave and it worked beautifully. This recipe is strictly for true chocolate lovers only! Intensely rich and decadently flavorful! Thank you, Bertha for a delicious 1 cup recipe. Just right!

LOVED IT! This was a delicious cup of hot cocoa! I made an extra cup for my hubby and he loved it also. The milk chocolate really brings out the flavor! It's winter now where we live and this was a warming beverage to have! Prepared as a participant in the Comfort Cafe Event January 2009.
