I believe this recipe came from my mother.I recently took it to a mom and child gathering @ a local park, and when I said that it's a good way to get the kids to eat veggies, all of the moms said they were keeping it for themselves! It is a wonderful and moist cake, and you never even know that there is there!

  1. Mix all ingredients for cake together until well mixed.
  2. Add chocolate chips and nuts onto top.
  3. Bake 325 for 40-45 minutes.
