This was really good! I made 5 mini loafs instead of 2 regular. I've frozen them and they're delicious after freezing too. Took them to work and everyone wanted the recipe :)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Combine dry ingredients, add to zucchini mixture, and mix well. Mix in chocolate chips.
  2. Pour into two greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or untilbread tests done.
