Generously frosts a 13x9 cake or fills and frosts an 8 or 9 inch two layer cake.
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 cup dutch process baking cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat all ingredients in chilled medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
