This recipe was adopted by me in a whirlwind zaar adoption in September 2006. I myself haven't made it but as soon as I do I will update the description.

  1. Make sure equipment is very clean.
  2. Scald heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate.
  3. Stir to make smooth.
  4. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Using a whip attachment, whip on medium speed until soft peaks form.

Added 2 tbs sugar. Very decadent!

This worked great. Very rich tasting but not really super sweet. I used it as icing on Fudge Truffle Cheesecake
