I made this recipe in silicone cups in a muffin tin. Since I did not need to dust the cups, I incorporated the cocoa powder into the batter. I made them a day ahead and put them in a warm oven to warm them back up the next day. A single recipe makes 12 cupcakes. They came out fantastic, with melted chocolate in the center, and a glossy, perfectly rounded top crust that looked beautiful, and did not fall at all. I made this recipe for dessert for my son's 11th birthday party. With the exception of one child who did not like the gooey center, there is not a crumb left anywhere in the house. The kids and adults all raved. Delicious!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? These decadent little cakes were easy to make and make a wonderful presentation when you are trying to impress guests! I pull them apart as soon as they come out of the oven and top them with a scoop of ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. They are good for sharing because they are too big for one person to finish!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful...
