Make and share this Chocolate Upside Down Pudding recipe from Food.com.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add vanilla, oil and milk. Mix.
- Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Sprinkle cocoa and brown sugar over top, and pour hot water over all. DO NOT STIR.
- Bake 350 35-40 minutes.
