  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. whisk flour, cocoa, soda,powder and salt and set aside.
  4. beat butter and sugar well
  5. add in eggs and vanilla till blended
  6. next beat in flour mixture
  7. form into ball and wrap in plastic place in fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. roll onto flour surface cut with a 2 inch round cookie cutter
  9. place on baking sheet about 1/2 inch apart
  10. bake 8 minutes.
  11. cool 5 minutes.
  12. place on cooling rack.
