Directions

  1. Put chocolate in large heatproof bowl.
  2. Bring cream just to a boil in small saucepan over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour over chocolate in bowl.
  4. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
  5. Stir until smooth.
  6. Let stand until thick, about 15 minutes.
  7. Pour chocolate mix into an 8-inch dish, cover and refrigerate until very cold.
  8. Scoop balls onto sheet.
  9. Freeze until hard.
  10. Dip in melted chocolate using a toothpick.
