ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
directions
- Combine cocoa and sugar and blend until all lumps of cocoa are gone.
- Add water and salt and mix well.
- Cook over medium heat, bringing it to a boil.
- Remove from heat once it boils.
- When cool, add vanilla (or much of the flavor boils away).
- Stored in the fridge.
