  • In medium saucepan, combine Eagle Brand, milk and cocoa. Heat through, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla or peppermint extract. Serve warm in mugs topped with whipped cream. Store leftovers in the fridge.

I also scaled this recipe for 1 serving and have to say I was skeptical of it being chocolaty enough for my tastes but boy was I wrong, this turned out to be rich, chocolaty and sweet, just the way I like it! I used vanilla extract and some fresh whipped cream on top to treat myself. Delicious! Will make this again very soon!
     
  2. Yum, I scaled this down to serve one & used cinnamon extract as I couldn't find the vanilla and Alpen Blend Hot Chocolate. This was a delicious before bed treat!
