This came from Better Homes & Gardens. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
- 2 quaker chocolate crunch rice cakes
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free whipped topping
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (1/2 packet)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cocoa
- Mix cocoa, whipped topping and splenda together.
- Spread onto chocolate rice cake.
- Top with strawberries.
