Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

- 236.59 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips (6oz pkg)
- 59.16 ml butter
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 118.29 ml sour cream
- 2.46 ml salt
- 591.47-650.62 ml confectioners' sugar, sifted
directions
- In a small sauce pan, over low heat, melt chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Remove pan from heat, blend in sour cream, vanilla and salt.
- Gradually add enough confectioner's sugar to make frosting a spreading consistancy.
- Beat together well (by hand).
- Spread on cooled cake.
