Very tasty with excellent texture! I used semisweet instead of bittersweet and added 1/4 tsp cream of tartar to the whites just for the heck of it. I've never made a souffle with such a high ratio of whites to yolks, but it turned out great!
Deliciously light in texture and very chocolatey in taste. I made this is six small souffle dishes and we all enjoyed it a great deal. Thanks Evelyn :) (resubmitted as I forgot the stars)
I have made this multiple times and it is a great recipe! Mine only took about 20 minutes in my souffle dishes though.
This was a great recipe. It was my first time making a souffle so it come out perfect (but only because I need practice). I will make this again forsure!
